Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with what you bought. If you’re not, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund or exchange — as long as the piece is unused, in original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@dawnvalley17.store with your order number and the reason
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label within one business day
3. Drop it at any USPS or UPS location
4. Refund processes within 5 business days of us receiving the package

Exclusions

Personal-care items (bar soap, body oil) are non-returnable once opened, for hygiene reasons. Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale. Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded.
